As a guarantor, you have agreed hereby to guarantee the due perfomance of the obligation of the renter under this agreement if the renter default payment, damange the vehicel or use the car to any criminal activity, the guarantor shall be held liable if the renter absconds.

Terms & Condition

1) A delivery and pickup fee of GHS 200.00 shall be paid to the driver who delivers and retrieves the vehicle.

2) The renter shall bear the cost of any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. The company must be informed immediately of any damage or mechanical issue. No repairs shall be carried out without the company’s prior consent.

3)The vehicle must be returned to the specified location on the agreed date and time. There is no grace period. Any late return will attract additional charges at the maximum daily rental rate.

4)The renter shall be responsible for all traffic offences, parking fines, penalties, and toll charges incurred during the rental period.

5)The company must be informed if the vehicle will be taken outside the city or designated area. Additional charges may apply.

6)The renter is responsible for fuel. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition and with the same fuel level as when it was collected.

7) Prior notice must be given if the renter wishes to extend or renew the rental period.

8) The rented vehicle shall not be used for online taxi services or ride-hailing platforms such as Bolt, Yango, or Uber.

9) The vehicle shall be driven only by the renter or another licensed driver approved by the company. The vehicle must not be given to any third party without the company’s consent.

The vehicle shall not be used for towing, racing, competitions, illegal activities, or any negligent operation, including driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

11) The purpose of the rental must be clearly stated (e.g., funeral, wedding, business trip, etc.)..

12)If the rental period exceeds one week, the vehicle may be subject to weekly inspection by the owner or company representative.

13) A commitment security deposit starting from GHS 300 (depending on the vehicle type and rental duration) shall be paid. The deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in good condition and all obligations are fulfilled.

14) If the vehicle is seized or detained by any law enforcement authority due to the renter’s actions, the renter shall compensate the owner for the number of days the vehicle remains in custody.

15) A vehicle washing fee of GHS 30–50 (depending on the car type) may be charged if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.

16) In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately notify the company and report the incident to the nearest police station. A police report may be required.

17) The renter shall be responsible for the insurance excess and any costs not covered by insurance if damage or loss occurs due to the renter’s negligence.

18) The renter shall bear the cost of lost keys, damaged documents, or missing vehicle accessories.

19) The renter must clearly state the intended travel route or destination before the rental begins.

20) The renter confirms that he or she is physically, mentally, and legally qualified and holds a valid driver’s license to operate the vehicle.

The renter affirms that he / she is physically and legally qualified to operate the above described vehicle.
